External Services
CalibreWeb – Provides an interface for reading and downloading books. Access requires a working Authentik SSO account. You can request access using the contact us section above.
Plex – Plex provides access to Movies, TV, Music and more. Plex uses its own authentication so you will need an account at https://plex.tv. You can then request access using the contact us section above.
Jellyfin – Jellyfin provides access to Movies, TV, Music and more. It serves much the same function as Plex, but is open source. Access is handled using Authentik SSO. You can request access using the contact us section above.
Ombi – Ombi allows users to request movies, TV shows, and music to be added to both Plex and Jellyfin. Access requires a working Authentik SSO account. You can request access using the contact us section above.
Mealie – Mealie provides access to recipes and meal planning. It allows the import of recipes from web sites as well. Access requires a working Authentik SSO account. You can request access using the contact us section above.
Croyotte Tube – Media CMS provides functionality similar to youtube. I typically use it to embed media in blogs. Read access is public, but uploading videos requires a unique account. You can request access using the contact us section above.
Linkwarden – Provides bookmarking and archival copies of webpages. Access requires a working Authentik SSO account. You can request access using the contact us section above.
Tor Browser – Provides anonymous access to the internet. Note that this is a shared browser service so confidentiality is not guaranteed within those that have access to this application. Access requires a working Authentik SSO account. You can request access using the contact us section above.
5E Tools – Provides reference material for DnD 5E content. This is a mirror of 5etools in case that site ever goes down. Access requires a working Authentik SSO account. You can request access using the contact us section above.
KIWIX sites – A collection of static websites for informational purposes. This is an archive of over 200 sites in case they disappear from the web. Access requires a working Authentik SSO account. You can request access using the contact us section above.
Synology Services
Synology has the most complex authentication and services. Synology REQUIRES VPN access as well as 2 factor authentication. It uses its own account, so you will need to request access using the contact us section.
NOTE: It is possible to log in to the web interface using your Authentik SSO credentials, but other services will require a Synology username and password
Internal Services
Requesting Access
Authentik SSO – Authentik is used for most services to reduce login times and separate accounts. In many cases, your authentik account will need to be granted access to a specific service. VPN Access – VPN access uses wireguard. Use the contact us section to request a config file and QR code (QR codes are used to load the config if you have access to a camera)
